'Mastering The Art' is a series of live educational lectures specifically designed for clubs, schools, and other institutions to help students build awareness, knowledge and confidence in their photography.

 
Eclecticism is a word to describe how some people draw inspiration from multiple and often unconnected sources. In photography, this is often seen as a bad thing - A 'Jack of all trades-master of none' mentality.

 

This talk is designed to address and rectify that myth, and to show that by embracing many different genre's we can become much more accomplished in our craft in any given situation, open to a much wider range of creative possibilities, and ultimately succeed in mixing genre's to create truly unique work that any 'master' would be proud of.
